  • Frames & Shutters: Entrance and all internal door frames and shutters shall be of seasoned teak wood with architrave
  • Finish: All door shutters and frames shall be provided with PU (Polyurethane) finish.
  • Hardware: All hardware shall be in C.P, Brass (tower bolt, ball stopper etc) and hinges with ball bearings. Internal door locks shall be of Hafele or equivalent.
  • Friction Stay Hinges: All openable windows shall be fitted with friction stay hinges allowing the windows to stay open in any position.
  • Door Stoppers: Magnetic /concealed door stoppers of Hafele or equivalent make shall be provided for the main door and bedroom doors.
  • Window Shutters: Prefabricated anodised aluminum sliding shutters. One pane of insect screen also shall be provided in each window.
  • Entrance door shall have hardware such as, Magic Eye, Safety Chain, Door stopper and a BIO Metric Lock from VALE or equivalent.
ELECTRICAL
  • Concealed copper wiring using FINOLEX/V –GUARD HAVELLS or equivalent make cables with modular plate switches .centralized cabling system for allelectrical and communication requirements.
  • Switches: All switches shall be Schneider Neo c-metro or equivalent make.
  • Light fixtures with light sensors shall be provided for the Common areas, external areas, apartmentbalconies and at entrance door of the individual apartments.
  • Adequate ELCB and MCB shall be provided in each apartment.
