  • External Finishes – Windows and sliding door – 2nd to 10th floor 70% completed , External Plastering – Elevation 2 (100%) & 3 (100%) Completed, Elevation 1 – completed, Elevation 4 completed, External painting – Elevation 1 Damp proof – 90% completed, first coat putty work completed, 2nd coat putty completed, elevation 2 – damp proof – 80% completed, 1st coat putty 65% completed, elevation 3 – damp proof -50% completed, 1st coat putty – 50% completed, elevation 4 – dramp proof & 1st coat putty completed

As per the current work status from our site, we are targeted to complete the following works by the end of MAY 2023.

  • Internal Finishes – Flooring – 19th floor , lift lobby common area to be completed, putty works and painting – 90% to be completed, Handrails – 98% to be completed
  • External Finishes – External – main entrance arch, compound wall, retaining wall, drive way ceiling to be completed
