Mr. T.S.Asok, the Managing Director of Artech Realtors, performed bhoomi pooja of Artech Palm Meadows at Polayathodu in Kollam on Thursday, July 13th. The ceremony was attended by distinguished personalities of Kollam and prominent members of the residents associations of various Artech projects.
According to Mr. Vinod.G.Nair, GM, Artech, this project will be Artech’s fifth project in Kollam and it’s 64th overall. The project, he said, was in direct response to the interest shown by home seekers in the adjacent Artech Palm Grove and other Artech projects in Kollam. “A central and yet scenic location adjacent to NH, this 20 floor project will offer 2 & 3 BHK units with 1260 to 2910 square feet options. It will also have the latest amenities,” he added.
Mr.Vinod also informed that the implementation of GST would benefit both buyers and builders. It will make the industry more transparent too. He invited customers to contact Artech team for clarification regarding GST.
