Artech Avantika launched at Vellayambalam

The bhoomi pooja of Artech Realtor’s 54th project – Artech Avantika was held at the project site at Vellayambalam in Thiruvananthapuram on Thursday, November 7th. It was performed by Artech’s Managing Director, Mr.T.S. Asok in the presence of special invitees and the Artech team.

Speaking to the press later, Mr. Vinod.G.Nair, GM – Sales &Marketing, said, “like all the other projects, this project is excellently located and fulfills the need of a large number of our customers who are seeking to reside at Vellayambalam.” Describing the project, he said that Artech Avantika has 2BHK, 2BHK + Study, 3BHK in 1150/1375/1800/1850 sq. ft. options which will also have some additions to the standard Artech features. “This is another super premium offering from Artech,” he added.

Artech also announced new initiatives which address the needs of its customers – before, during and after phases of construction. “The outlook of the home seeker is evolving. At Artech, understand it. And Artech Avantika will be another example.” Said Mr. Vinod.
