Artech Meenakshi was handed over on Friday, the 10th of April by Mr T S Asok, the Managing Director of Artech Realtors. The handover ceremony was held at the project premises at Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum. Mr Asok congratulated the new owners and their families on their new acquisition and expressed his gratitude to them for choosing an Artech home.
The event was attended by dignitaries, the members of various Artech Residence Associations and the Artech team. After Artech Kalyani, this is the second project to be handed over in the Artech City Residential Complex. Meanwhile, work is under progress at Artech Malathy, the third project in the complex.
Mr Vinod G Nair, the GM of Artech, spoke to the press on the occasion. “This is yet another prestigious project of Artech”, he said, “and like all our other projects, it is excellently located and is right opposite Trivandrum Club, at the heart of the city.” He also described the project and mentioned that the 2,3 and 4 BHK layouts of Artech Meenakshi, with a range of 1200-2250 sq ft have been crafted to an unprecedented level of class. “The fixtures & fittings are of exemplary refinement”, he said.
At the ceremony, Artech announced Artech Home Fest 2015, which will coincide with the handover of Artech Meenakshi. Mr Vinod, at the occasion, made it known that home seekers will be able to avail festival offers and added that there will be more project launches soon for Artech. ”After Thrissur, we will be launching in Kozhikode”, he said.
