On 23rd April 2013, Mr. T.S.Asok, the Managing Director of Artech Realtors, inaugurated the new Corporate Office of Artech Realtors, called “Artech House” at Thycaud and followed it with the bhoomi pooja of Artech Sreya, the 52nd project at Kaithamukku.
Both the functions were attended by distinguished dignitaries, the entire Artech Team and some of the prominent members of the Residents Associations of various Artech projects.
