Artech launched its first Kottayam project- Artech RIOApril 19, 2013

The bhoomi pooja and the stone laying ceremony of ‘Artech RIO’, the 51st project of Artech Realtors, was held at Thazhathangadi, Kottayam. The first stone was laid by managing director Mr. T.S Asok.

Located at the finishing point of the famous Kumarakom Boat Race on the banks of the Meenachil river, this project will be promoted as Kottayam’s first ‘Value Plus Apartments’.

Mr. Vinod G. Nair, the general manager, Sales and marketing, said, “it has a mesmerizing location, value added features and first-of-its-kind amenities. ”

“After Artech RIO, we will be launching our 52 project, Artech Sreya on April 23. The same day will also see the inauguration of Artech’s new corporate office”, Mr. Vinod said.
