Mr. T.S.Asok, the Managing Director of Artech Realtors, handed over the keys of Artech Srirema Villaments at an impressive function held in the project premises at Sasthamangalam, Trivandrum.
The owners and their families along with the Artech Team were present during this occasion.
While speaking to the press, Mr. Vinod.G.Nair, GM, Sales & Marketing said that Artech Srirema has been built with Artech’s Green Building Concept, which is a new approach to maintain ecology, using non-toxic, reusable, renewable and recyclable products for construction.
According to him, Green Building Concept retains the environment by its intelligent landscaping and exterior designing, water recycling and natural energy management. He also added that “It also preserves the environment at places away and around the building. More than that, it improves internal environment for the occupants.”
Artech Realtors has also announced a special NRI festival along with the launch of Artech Malathi next month to coincide with the NRI season. Mr. Vinod said many more launches and nine hand overs will happen in the next six months.
